About Dennis Edward Muzzy

Dennis’ Technical activities started as a youngster when he drew sketches for the teacher’s use in the school room. His first fine art related employment was with the Midwest Publishing Company as an illustrator and commercial artist. Over the years he found that he could go almost anywhere he desired in the framing process of the art world.  In 1982 he opened his own business after having managed many others in Louisville and Lexington, Kentucky.  His work hangs in some of the most prestigious homes in America. He has clients from California to Boston, Canada, and even South Africa.

He is listed as among the best in the American Biographical Institute Who’s Who. When Transylvania University added Picture Framing to their Community Education Department they asked Dennis to teach.  His love for perfection led him to process his own art photos and he discovered Photo Restoration. Using Award winning processes he enhances old photos, coaching the very best image out of what may have been a useless photo to present to his clients.

Now, his interest in the 18th Century has led him to produce oil paintings using drapery styles of that era from his Canon Images of modern re-enactors as they present themselves as 1770s Persona.
